چکیده
Learning technologies have already started to make use of both Social Web (or Web 2.0) and Semantic Web principles, techniques, approaches and tools. Recently, researchers and developers have started to combine these two worlds, thus giving rise to the Social Semantic Web. Consequently, the world of learning technologies turns itself more and more to the Social Semantic Web as one of its key supporting pillars.
